H.E. Dr. Mohammad Alissa met with the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Maldives, Mrs. Mariya Ahmed DiDi. During the meeting, H.E. got acquainted with the National Center for Combating Extremism and discussed efforts of joint action in combating extremism in the region. 

At the invitation of the President of the Republic of Maldives, a delegation from the MWL, led by HE Dr. Mohammad Alissa, arrived in the capital where he met with the President and Vice President. He was also received by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.

H.E. Dr. Mohammad Alissa met with the Ambassador of the Republic of Gabon to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, H.E. Guy Ibrahim Mamborou, who expressed his appreciation for MWL's humanitarian initiatives and described them as exceptional efforts that make him proud to be a Muslim.

His Excellency Dr. Mohammad Alissa accepted an official invitation to participate in the World Economic Forum in Davos from Mr. Klaus Schwab, the Executive Chairman of the Forum, and Mr. Borge Brende, President of the Forum. 

His Excellency Dr. Mohammad Alissa hosted the Ambassador of the Kingdom of The Netherlands to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Ms. Janet Alberda, and the First Secretary for Political Affairs of The Netherlands, Mr. Baudwein Dijkmann.

Earlier today, His Excellency Dr. Mohammad Alissa met with H.E. Dr. Ausaf Sayeed, the Ambassador of the Republic of India to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During the meeting, the Ambassador extended an official invitation to His Excellency to visit India.

In the presence of French Parliament Member Mrs. Amelia_LKF,H.E. Dr. Mohammad Alissa met with the international French activist Mrs. Latifa IbnZ. H.E. lauded her efforts in promoting harmony & educating youth around the world to confront the ideas of extremism & terrorism. 

His Excellency Dr. Mohammad Alissa met with the Ambassador of the Republic of Burundi to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mr. Nahayo Jacques Ya'coub. He noted the active efforts of the Muslim World League to highlight the true values of Islam and to unite people around the world.

H.E. Dr. Mohammad Alissa hosted the Ambassador of the European Union to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mr. Patrick Simonet, in the presence of his deputy. They discussed the importance of enhancing civilized communication between the Islamic world and EU countries.

His Excellency Dr. Mohammad Alissa received the Ambassador of Norway to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mr. Thomas Lid Ball. They discussed the importance of strengthening communication between nations and peoples to achieve increased understanding and cooperation.
