Makkah:
The Muslim World League (MWL) strongly condemns the Israeli occupation forces’ bombing of the “Tabe’in” school that shelters displaced people in the Daraj neighborhood east of Gaza City, killing hundreds and injuring dozens.
On behalf of the MWL, its global councils, bodies, and assemblies, a statement was issued by the General Secretariat of the MWL. His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, denounced these horrific and ongoing barbaric crimes against civilians and civilian facilities. He highlighted that these actions constitute a flagrant violation of all international and humanitarian laws and norms.
Dr. Al-Issa emphasized the urgent need for the international community to take immediate action to halt these massacres, which are perpetuated by the Israeli government's military operations, and to put an end to the systematic crimes against innocent civilians.
