Muslim World League Welcomes Outcomes of Extraordinary Meeting of the Executive Committee of OIC Member States

The Muslim World League (MWL) has welcomed the outcomes of the extraordinary open-ended meeting of the Executive Committee at the level of foreign ministers of OIC member states, which focused on the ongoing crimes of the Israeli occupation government against the Palestinian people.
In a statement issued by the General Secretariat of the MWL, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, the Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, stated that the MWL supports all resolutions from the meeting, which condemn the actions perpetrated by the Israeli occupation government and affirm the principle of respecting the national sovereignty, territorial integrity, independence, and unity of the territories of all member states, in alignment with the principles of the Charter of the United Nations and the Charter of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
Dr. Al-Issa highlighted that the statement reiterated the significance of the Palestinian cause to the Islamic Ummah and emphasized the imperative for a just and comprehensive resolution that facilitates the establishment of an independent Palestinian state, in accordance with the resolutions of international legitimacy and the Arab Peace Initiative.
