H.E. Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the MWL arrived in Kigali, the capital of the Republic of Rwanda

This afternoon, at the invitation of the Rwandan government, 

H.E. Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, arrived in Kigali, the capital of the Republic of Rwanda.
He was received by H.E. Sheikh Musa Sindayigaya, Grand Mufti and Grand Imam of Rwanda, along with a number of scholars and H.E. Mr. Habimana Dominique, Minister of Local Government.
During his visit, Dr. Al-Issa will attend the graduation ceremony of 70,000 male and female students who have memorized the Holy Qur’an. He will also chair the second meeting of the Council of African Scholars, hosted by the Government of Rwanda.
