Representing H.E. the Secretary-General of the Muslim World League (MWL) and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, and in the presence of several governmental bodies and international organizations:
H.E. Sheikh Abdul Latif Al-Mutlaq, the Acting Secretary-General of the International Commission for Jurists, participated in the proceedings of the 6th Global Conference on the Elimination of Child Labour held in the Kingdom of Morocco, under the patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
H.E. highlighted the efforts of the Muslim World League, inspired by the principles of the Charter Of Makkah, which dedicates a comprehensive framework to safeguarding children’s rights to education, care, and a dignified life.
He further underscored the MWL’s active partnerships with international organizations—particularly United Nations agencies—in advancing social and educational initiatives worldwide, in alignment with the League’s mission and statutory objectives.
H.E. emphasized that such cooperation is carried out in close coordination with governments and United Nations entities.
