The Muslim World League Applauds the Ratification by the Parliament of the Republic of Slovenia of the Government's Decision to Recognize the State of Palestine

The Muslim World League (MWL) has expressed its approval following the ratification by the Parliament of the Republic of Slovenia of the Government's resolution to recognize the State of Palestine.
In a statement issued by the General Secretariat of the MWL, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, affirmed that this decision, along with other similar resolutions, distinctly illustrates the significant transformation currently observed in the international recognition of the injustices faced by the Palestinian people, and their inherent right to self-determination and to establish their own state. His Excellency commended the responsible and noble stance of all nations that have adopted this important and just measure, and urged other countries to emulate this example, thereby aligning themselves with the human and legal rights of the Palestinian people.
