Statement on the Attack on UNRWA Headquarters

Makkah:
The Muslim World League (MWL) condemns in the strongest terms the barbaric attack carried out by Israeli settlers on the headquarters of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in occupied Jerusalem.

In a statement issued by the General Secretariat of the MWL, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, Secretary General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, held the occupation forces accountable for the repeated crimes committed against defenseless civilians and workers in humanitarian and relief organizations. Dr. Al-Issa called on the international community to take serious and effective action to stop these crimes and the continuing violations of international and humanitarian laws in the Palestinian territories.
