His Eminence, Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Sheikh, Grand Mufti of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and President of the Islamic Fiqh Council, stated during the twenty-third session of the Islamic Fiqh Council: ‘From this great Islamic platform, we urge more efforts to address Sharia issues, and to study contemporary challenges and emerging rulings.’
