During his official visit to Egypt, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League (MWL), was hosted by the Academy of the Arabic Language in Cairo. The event, held in the presence of the Academy's President, Dr. Abdel Wahab Abdel Hafez, and other leaders, facilitated discussions on a variety of scholarly topics of mutual interest and provided an opportunity to explore the Academy's significant features. At the visit's conclusion, Dr. Abdel Hafez presented Dr. Al-Issa with the Academy's latest publication, expressing appreciation for his acceptance of the invitation. He commended the in-depth discussions on various topics, notably potential collaborations with the MWL. This interest aligns with the MWL's active role in promoting Arabic language education among non-native speakers, especially in Islamic countries. This effort is part of an international initiative encompassing various programs, among which the MWL shows keen interest in research on linguistic topics.
