Our first panel of the day was a lively discussion on "Thoughts, Ideologies, and Mileus Leading to Extremism" moderated by H.E. Abdullah M. M. Almatouq, who reiterated HE Dr. Mohammad Alissa's sentiment that there is no time and place for extremism in our world.
Panel 2 "Islamaphobia and anti-Semitism" began with Moderator Sir Iqbal Abdul Karim Sacranie of the Muslim Council
of Britain providing a brief history on the emergence of the concept of Islamophobia.
Panel 3 on "Building National Identity and its Role in Building Intellectual Security" was kicked off by Prof. Michel Veuthey, Amb. of Order UNOG speaking on the dynamics around National Identity and human trafficking.
