Under the patronage of His Excellency the President, and with a keynote address delivered on behalf of His Eminence Sheikh Dr.Mohammed Al-issa , Secretary General of the Muslim World League (MWL) and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, His Excellency Dr. Abdulrahman Alzaid, Deputy Secretary-General of the MWL, represented the organization at the International Conference titled "Islam is a Religion of Peace and Kindness" held in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
