Makkah:
The Muslim World League (MWL) extends its deepest condolences to the Government and people of the Republic of Sudan, as well as to the families of the deceased and those injured, following the collapse of a dam in the Red Sea State, which resulted in numerous fatalities and injuries.
On behalf of the MWL’s international councils, bodies, and assemblies, the General Secretariat of the MWL has issued a statement expressing solidarity with the Sudanese people during this difficult time. May Allah Almighty bestow His mercy upon the deceased and grant a swift recovery to the injured.
