Statement regarding the terrorist bombings in Pakistan
Makkah:
The Muslim World League condemns - in the strongest possible terms - the terrorist attacks in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, which have caused heavy loss of life.
In a statement by the General Secretariat of the MWL, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, the Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, denounced this criminal act whose perpetrators were stripped of the values of religion and humanity.
On behalf of the Muslim World League and its global councils, bodies and assemblies, His Excellency Dr. Al-Issa reiterated the stance of the MWL and the Islamic world, rejecting and condemning violence and terrorism in all its forms, expressing full solidarity with Pakistan and its dear people in this great affliction.
Dr. Al-Issa offered his sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims, the injured, and the people of Pakistan. May Allah bless the deceased with His mercy, grant the injured a prompt recovery and protect the people of Pakistan from all harm.
