Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkareem Al-Isa, Secretary General of Makkah-based Muslim World League (MWL), has lauded the religious and academic role Ibn Sina Institute for the Humanities which is located in the French city of Lille, is playing, confirming the need of the Islamic community in the west for such scientific edifices which contribute to spreading the concepts of moderation, relegalization of civilization existence and urging the youths to stand against violence, extremism and sectarianism, it was reported today.
This came in a speech of Dr. Al-Isa at the institute last night as part of his current tour of a number of European countries.
During the tour, Sheikh Dr. Al-Isa was briefed on the mission of the institute.
