Makkah:
The Muslim World League acknowledged the importance given by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud to the welfare of the Arab and Islamic Ummah, and his keenness to stand by it to ensure the security and stability of its countries.

This was clearly manifested in his call for a meeting in Makkah to support Jordan. The gathering will be attended by King Abdullah II King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Sabah the Emir of Kuwait, and Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed al-Nahyan Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
 
The Secretary-General of the Muslim World League Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Alissa described the initiative of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to help Jordan overcome its current economic crisis as a milestone in the exceptional track record filled with countless noble initiatives.
 
His Excellency reiterated that Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince is mindful of its important role in maintaining security and stability, as well as, providing aid and support initiatives to confirm its leadership role.
 
Dr. AIissa supplicated Allah to grant the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques the highest reward for his constant endeavor in helping the Ummah  in particular, and humanity at large.
