Makkah:
The Muslim World League (MWL) has strongly condemned the Houthi terrorist militia’s continued heinous aggression against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its attempt to target civilians and civilian objects in the capital, Riyadh, with a ballistic missile, as well as in the cities of Bish, Taif, Farasan, and Yanbu. By the grace of Allah, Saudi air defenses successfully thwarted all these attacks.
In a statement issued by the MWL General Secretariat, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, the Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, renewed his condemnation of these treacherous terrorist attacks, which violate all religious values as well as international and humanitarian laws and norms, and underscore the criminal approach of this terrorist militia in deliberately targeting civilians and civilian objects.
On behalf of the MWL’s academies, bodies, and international councils, as well as all Muslim peoples represented under its umbrella, His Excellency reaffirmed full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in all measures it takes to deter aggressors and safeguard its security and the safety of its citizens and residents. He prayed to Almighty Allah to protect the Kingdom, its leadership, and its people from all harm and adversity
