The Statement of the Public Prosecution Came as a True Reflection of the Kingdom’s Sincere Approach in Words and Firmness.

The Secretary-General of the Muslim World League and Chairman of the World Organization of Muslim Scholars Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Bin Abdulkarim Alissa confirmed that the statement issued by the Public Prosecution in Saudi Arabia today in the case of the killing of Jamal Khashoggi (May Allah have mercy on his soul) brought specifics about, the facts detailing its criminal events and responding to the overall investigative documents and the just prosecution of the perpetrators.

His Excellency said: the logic of fairness, with awareness and impartiality, realizes that the events leading to the criminal act is not a unique case. In our contemporary reality, similar crimes equivalent to the level of horror and worse have occurred throughout times and spaces. However, within the context of the lack of moral values, perverse interest using its bidding propaganda and driven only by its negative use of facts, carries on, with persistence and double standards, talking improvised nonsense.

His Excellency stressed that the divine has a role to play in such devious tinkering and exposed deceits, when confronted with logic and a stalwart nation. A nation which possesses firmly established values and well-founded approach. A nation singled out by the Almighty Allah to apply His rule of Sharia law, and to serve Islam, Muslims, and humanity at large. A nation, which represents the backbone of a strategic alliance in fighting extremism and terrorism and is an active partner within its international community, that seeks to instill peace and harmony through various initiatives as well as through generous international humanitarian work.

His Excellency added that the statement was based on the approach of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the sincerity of the tone and firmness of action with every criminal, whatever his character and purpose are. Within the legal concepts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, false pretexts won’t escape the fair and effective punishment on all, as enunciated clearly. Adding that the scene representing Justice on the Land of the Kingdom, one finds models recorded by Islamic and human history with honorable mentions. These stories are still vividly recounted; an inspiration to all.
