The Muslim World League issues a statement condemning the ruthless criminal actions against the unarmed people of town of Khan Sheikhoon.
The Secretariat General of the Muslim World League condemns the vicious chemical attack against the Syrian town of Khan Sheikhoon, north of Adlib province; as a result, tens of innocent victims mostly children and women died.
The statement said that this horrible and horrific attack perpetrated by the criminal gang using internationally banned chemical weapons must be considered a crime against humanity.
In its statement, the Secretariat General calls on the UN Security Council to play its part in protecting unarmed Syrian civilians and cracking down on all those behind this humanitarian catastrophe.
The statement added that such horrible crimes and the continued targeting of innocent children, women and the elderly civilians, reaffirm the level of brutality and defiance of these scoundrels to the international community, which should play a resolute and a serious role towards stopping these barbaric acts, and at the same time boost the international community’s confidence in this international body.
