The Muslim World League has launched a training program in Nigeria for ophthalmic nurses and healthcare practitioners, focusing on capacity building and improving the delivery of essential services. The program aims to expand eye care services by establishing weekly clinics in 24 medical centers across Kaduna State in Nigeria, thereby facilitating patient access and streamlining referrals to Al-Shifa Hospital, affiliated with the MWL.
