 The Muslim World League Condemns Continued Heinous Attacks by the Houthi Terrorist Militia against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The Muslim World League (MWL) has strongly condemned the Houthi terrorist militia’s continued heinous aggression against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its targeting of Taif Governorate with a drone. The attack resulted in the death of a Yemeni resident—may Allah have mercy on him—and injuries to a Saudi woman and a Pakistani resident, who is in critical condition. The interception and destruction of the drone also resulted in falling debris that caused material damage to several buildings and vehicles.
In a statement issued by the MWL General Secretariat, H.E. Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, the Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, renewed his condemnation of these treacherous terrorist attacks, which violate all religious values as well as international and humanitarian laws and norms, and underscore the criminal approach of this terrorist militia in deliberately targeting civilians and civilian objects.
On behalf of the MWL’s international academies, bodies, and councils, and all Muslim peoples represented under its umbrella, H.E. Dr. Al-Issa reaffirmed full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in all measures it takes to deter the aggressors and safeguard its security and the safety of its citizens and residents. He prayed to Almighty Allah to protect the Kingdom, its leadership, and its people from all harm.
