Dr. Al-Issa received the Key to Alexandria, the highest honor for the city of Alexandria, during an official reception held by H.E. Major General Mohamed El-Sherif, Governor of Alexandria, at the Governorate headquarters, in recognition of his international religious and humanitarian efforts.

The Key is awarded to prominent figures, including political leaders, religious pioneers, and individuals who have rendered distinguished service to their countries and the world. Its unique design reflects Alexandria's rich history and cultural heritage.
